Terms of Service

1. The service
CleanQ is a cleaning-coordination platform for vacation rentals: it syncs calendars (iCal), generates cleaning orders, coordinates teams and keeps records (photos, evidence, ratings and messages). The service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts and roles
There are owner/manager and cleaner accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your password safe and for the activity performed with your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, upload offensive content or content that violates third-party rights, attempt to access other users' data, or interfere with the operation of the service.
4. Your content
The photos, evidence, messages and other content you upload are yours. You grant us permission to store them and show them to the people you work with inside the platform (for example, the owner of the home you cleaned). Evidence for completed cleanings is sealed to protect its probative value.
5. Third-party calendars
Syncing depends on the iCal links you provide (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking or others). We do not control those services and cannot guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of their data.
6. Limitation of liability
CleanQ is a coordination tool: we are not a party to the employment or business relationship between owners and cleaners, and we are not responsible for cleaning quality, payments between the parties, or property damage.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete account). Doing so removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
