1. Data we store
Your profile (name, email, phone, language), homes and their addresses (owners), your work zone (cleaners), the iCal calendars you connect, cleaning orders with start/end times, report and evidence photos (evidence includes GPS location, date and time so it can serve as proof), ratings with comments, chat messages, and an activity log kept for traceability.
2. How we use it
Exclusively to run the service: coordinating cleanings, notifying you about what happens (push, in-app and email notifications), showing records to the people you work with, and resolving disputes. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Who sees what
Your data is shared only with the people you work with: an owner sees the cleaners on their team (name, availability, reputation and records for their homes) and a cleaner sees the homes where they work. Reputation (score and reviews) is visible to owners on the platform. We never show your email or phone to other users without an operational need.
4. Processors
We use Supabase (database, authentication and photo storage), Vercel (web hosting), Google Maps Platform (addresses and maps), Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging (push notifications), and Resend, with Gmail as fallback (transactional email). Each provider processes only what its function requires.
5. Retention and deletion
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Account → Delete account): your profile, personal data and the photos you uploaded are removed. If you don't have the app handy, you can also request deletion by writing to g0g0.08051989@gmail.com. Activity logs keep minimal copies (names in historical events) for traceability of cleanings already performed.
6. Security
We enforce database-level access control (each user can only read their own data), private photo storage with temporary links, and encryption in transit.
