Delete your account and data

1. From the app (immediate)
Open CleanQ and sign in → Account → Delete account. After you confirm, your account and personal data are removed immediately. This is the fastest way and doesn't require contacting us.
2. By email (without the app)
If you no longer have the app or prefer to request it in writing, email us at g0g0.08051989@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, stating that you want to delete your account. We process the request within 30 days.
3. What is deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone, language), your work zone or your homes and addresses, the calendars you connected, your chat messages, your ratings, and the report and evidence photos you uploaded.
4. What we keep and why
Activity logs of cleanings already performed keep minimal copies (for example, a name in a historical event) for traceability and for the people you worked with; they do not include your contact details. We do not keep your photos or contact information after deletion.
